Summary Transparency would be ensured when judge would inspect the spot instead of just reading the report
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Federal Law minister Farogh Naseem on Monday said the delay in properties related cases must be ended. He said laws are being made for spot inspection by judges.
Talking exclusively in Dunya News Program “ Dunya Kamran Khan Kay Sath,” he said transparency would be ensured when judge would inspect the spot instead of just reading the report.
He said wrong service is often made in property cases, adding that use of new technology including whatsapp, fingerprints and CDR would bring revolution in justice system.
Naseem said amendment in civil procedure code has been made and now property cases would be heard by two benches at a time.
He said whistle blower act is being introduced in Pakistan and name of whistle blower would be kept anonymous.
He said NADRA is being given more powers, adding that it would take some time to give protection to businessmen. He said we do not want to dysfunction NAB whereas opposition wants amendments in 25 to 30 things.
He said government is trying only those judges should be appointed who have good character. He said appointment of judges in IHC is delayed due to opposition.
He said there are corruption complaints against lower judiciary and provision of justice sometimes takes 15 years.
