Summary The decision of inter-courts appeals on PCO judges contempt case will be announced on Wednesday.
The 4-member bench headed by CJP Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudry reserved the judgment on inter-court appeals on April 4. Sources claim lawyers concerned have been intimated in this regard. The bench would announce the decision on May 18. It may be mentioned that SC bench had decided to charge the PCO judges with contempt of court. If appeals are rejected, the PCO judges could be indicted.
