US Senator John Kerry has said that cooperation between Pakistan and the United States should continue. During his busy schedule in Islamabad, Kerry met President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Yousaf Raza GilaniandChief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Kayani on Monday.Earlier, Kerry and Gilani discussed Pak-US relations and the emerging situation after the US operation in Abbottabad.Gilani said that it was not possible for any country to fight against terrorism alone.US Ambassador in Islamabad Cameron Munter also participated in the crucial talks between the US Senator and the top Pakistani leadership.Kerry is currently visiting Pakistan to mend ties with Pakistan after unilateral US operation against Osama bin Laden.Sources said that the United States has decided to adopt carrot and stick policy to persuade Pakistan in fight against terrorism.
