Indian security forces kill 1 in Sialkot border area

At about 8am Indian forces began firing on the civilian population without any provocation. In Imranwali village one mortar struck a house, killing one while injuring nine persons. Three rangers and one security force personnel were also among the injured. Retaliatory fire immediately silenced the Indian guns.Both the security forces have taken the positions after the incident. Information Minister Firdous Ashiq Awan has said the incident was engineered to damage ties between the two countries.
