LAHORE (Dunya News) - Azad Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Farooq Haider Khan on Monday said that that mediation on the occupied Kashmir will not be of use because the US President Donald Trump is inclined towards India.
PM AJK Haider expressed that the United Nations (UN) should take practical actions rather than resolutions now. “The US should make itself a supportive country like they were in the 60s,” he said adding that the UN has not played a positive role yet.
Raja Farooq Haider asserted that the UN should take practical steps on the Kashmir issue. “We must get support of the superpower countries”, he added. “We support Prime Minister Imran Khan’s efforts”, he expressed saying that Kashmir can’t be retrieved in just a day.
Meanwhile, In occupied Kashmir, there is no respite for the people of Kashmir as life continues to remain crippled on the 50th consecutive day, today (Sept. 23), due to military clampdown and communications blackout.
