Parliament to decide fate of Pak-US ties: Badar

PPP’s Central Secretary General Jahangir Badar said that the Parliament will decide the direction of Pakistan’s ties with the US. He said that DG ISI’s surrender in the in-camera session of the parliament was an extraordinary thing.Talking to the media in the Punjab University, Jahangir Badar said that parliament will play its role as a bridge between the people and the army to strengthen democracy in the country. He said, “We are not anyone’s agents and protégés.” He said that message was given to the world after the joint session of the parliament that Pakistani institutions are united.
