Summary Petition was filed against not allowing Talpur to attend Sindh Assembly session.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court’s Rawalpindi bench on Monday adjourned hearing till September 11 in a matter pertaining to PPP leader Faryal Talpur’s production order.

As per details, Justice Mirza Waqas Rauf heard the case. Petition was filed against not allowing Talpur to attend Sindh Assembly session despite issuance of production orders by speaker.

Talpur’s councilor Farooq H Naik asked court to allow his client to attend the session of Sindh Assembly.

Court adjourned the hearing till September 11 for further discussion on legal aspects of the case.
