Summary The Pak-India talks on the issue of Wullar Barrage on Thursday ended without any development.
Talking to newsmen after the talks in Islamabad, Water and Power Secretary Javed Iqbal said that India wants to utilise Wullar Barrage as water transportation route from Baramulla to Srinagar after its completion, whereas, it should use other ways for this purpose.Indian Water Resources Secretary Vijay Singh said that India is ready to change the design of the barrage if Pakistan desires.
