ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Rehber Committee of opposition has delayed All Parties Conference (APC) which was due to be held on August 29. The meeting of opposition could not agree on lockdown of Islamabad and no charter of demand was prepared.
Rehber Committee leader Akram Durani said APC was delayed due to deteriorated health condition of PML-N head Shehbaz Sharif. He said all parties have given their suggestions regarding charter of demand.
Responding to a question, he said PM Imran Khan’s address to nation on Kashmir issue reflects disappointment.
Sayed Nayer Bokhari and Ahsan Iqbal said decision of lock down of Islamabad was made by JUI-F and final decision in this regard will be made by APC.
Rehber Committee threatened to remove ECP members appointed by President terming it unconstitutional.
