Summary A plea has been filed in LHC to declare Musharraf ineligible for any public office.
During the hearing, Advocate Rana Ilmuddin argued before the court that Musharraf was a traitor as he violated the constitution twice.Rana Ilmuddin pleaded the court that Musharraf should be removed from the office of All Pakistan Muslim League president and be declared ineligible for any public office.Justice Azmat Saeed of the Lahore High Court directed the petitioner to provide the evidence in the next hearing that which law applies to declare a violator of constitution an ineligible person to lead a political party. The court adjourned the hearing on the case for a week.
