Talks between Pakistan and International Monetary Fund (IMF) will start in Dubai on Wednesday.The talks were scheduled to be held in Islamabad but the International Monetary Fund (IMF) officials rejected to visit Pakistan due to security reasons.According to experts, these talks are very important for Pakistan as the government requires two outstanding installments of $3 billion under the Stand-by Arrangement (SBA) programme for its current expenditures. Targets of the coming budget would also come under discussion during the meeting.
