US diplomat Alice Wells to reach Pakistan today

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – American diplomat and Trump administration’s point-person for South and Central Asia – Alice Wells – will Monday (today) reach Islamabad on a five-day visit along with a high-level US delegation.

Alice Wells will meet civil and military leadership during her visit to discuss Afghanistan peace process and other important regional and international affairs.

Negotiations at delegation-level will be held at the foreign office to promote bilateral trust. It has been learnt that the purpose of this visit is to further strengthen Pakistan-US relations.
