Summary Lieutenant General Ahmad Shuja Pasha reaches the US to meet CIA Director General Leon Panetta.
The Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) director general left for the US on Friday. It is the first visit of a military commandant after the killing of Osama Bin Laden in Abbottabad. He will discuss the post-Osama situation with the CIA chief and the circumstances in which Osama was killed. According to sources, Pakistan-US cooperation in war against terrorism and intelligence sharing will be discussed in the meeting.It is also reported that the ISI director general will seek the details of CIA contractors operating in Pakistan, besides discussing the US plan about their departure from the country.Quoting Pakistani officials, a US newspaper has claimed that the Obama administration has demanded the identities of some of thetop Pakistani intelligence operatives as the United States tries to determine whether any of them had contacts with Osama Bin Laden or his agents in the years before the raid that led to his death.
