Summary 24 tax defaulter buildings are located in Sector I-10.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Capital Development Authority (CDA) Thursday decided to seal 59 commercial plazas of federal capital over nonpayment of taxes. The properties are located in posh areas of Islamabad.
As per details, CDA’s revenue department has compiled a list of those commercial plazas and shopping centers that have not paid their taxes. 24 tax defaulter buildings are located in Sector I-10 while Sector I-9 and Sector I-8 have eight buildings each.
Sector G-6 and blue area of federal capital have four buildings each in the list of CDA. Sector F-8, Sector F-10 and G-10 have three buildings each whose taxes have not been paid. Two commercial plazas of F-11 would also be sealed due to nonpayment of dues.
Sources said further sectors of Islamabad would be included in the list in coming days.
