Shahbaz Sharif made a surprise visit to the Gulberg Police Station when a resident of Kot Lakhpat told him that the police had kept his two sons, Adnan and Irfan in illegal detention.On notice of the Chief Minister Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Lahore Major (Retd) Mubashir formed an investigation committee who conducted a raid at the Gulberg Police Station and recovered the two youth hidden by the police.According to reports, the Sub Inspector Badar Munir, Head Constable Afzal and Ghulam Jilani had hidden the youth in the Police Station’s water tankers. The DIG finalised a report and submitted it to the Chief Minister Punjab.
