LAHORE (Dunya News) - Lahore High Court (LHC) has issed adetailed verdict regarding rejection of the pleas filed by Khawaja brothers for bail.

A 14 page detailed verdict was issued by a two member bench headed by Justice Ali Baqir Najfi. The verdict stated that paragon society launched in 2006 was not approved by Lahore Development Authority (LDA). PML-N leader Khawaja Saad Rafique made this society along with his wife Ghazala and Qaiser Amin Butt.

The verdict said name of air avenue society was changed to paragon society. Muhammed Rafique, Shahid Butt and others recorded statements against PML-N leaders.

Rafique Butt said he was not given money for 31 canal and 4 marla piece of land where Haji Rafique said his payment for 80 canal land is due.
The verdict added that 21 canal and 18 marla governmental land was included in the society from Phlarwan where 4 canal and 10 maral land was added from cant area.

The verdict said Khawaja brothers are accused of buying plots through fraud. PML-N leaders could not provide the court solid evidences in their defense so court rejected their bail.
