JUI demands allotment of seats on opposition benches

Chairman Senate said the appointment of new opposition leader and allotment of seats will be done in a week time.The session was held with Farooq H Naik in chair. Advisor on Petroleum Dr Asim Hussain took oath during the session. JUI’s Maulana Ghafoor Haidri said even after the lapse of three months seats have not been allotted.ANP Senator Zahid Hussain said rejection of Parliamentary committee’s proposal on judges’ appointment was an insult to the whole Parliament. The issue of illegal housing societies was handed over to the NAB.
