Summary Army is doing what it should do but parliament should also focus on its due role: Shujaat
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Former Prime Minister Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain advised the opposition to focus on the restoration of economic stability instead of launching protest against government. He said Pakistan Army is fulfilling its responsibility now the parliament should play its role.
The leader of PML-Q said some opposition parties are working on an agenda of launching a protest against government after Eid. He said rather these parties should focus on the agenda of economic stability in the country.
Ch Shujaat said it is the joint responsibility of government and opposition to pull the country out of economic crisis as we had already suffered a huge loss from terrorism.
He added that Army is doing what it should do but parliament should also focus on its due role. He said especially we should play our role in the implementation of National Action Plan.
