Summary Punjab Cabinet has approved a mass transit train project and import of buses from China.
The cabinet meeting was held under the chairmanship of Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif. The CM said that China would help Pakistan to establish more hydro power houses in the province to overcome the energy crisis. The chief minister took the provincial cabinet into confidence over his China visit. He said that construction of 120MW hydro power house would start soon with the help of China. He also took the cabinet into confidence over wheat procurement.
