RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – At least two civilians including a woman and a children were martyred and another wounded in an unprovoked firing by the Indian border forces along the Line of Control (LoC) on Sunday.

In a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Indian forces resorted to indiscriminate firing along the LoC in Tatta Pani and Kot Katera sectors which led to the martyrdom of two civilians including a woman and a children while injuring another woman.

Nasreen Bibi (45) and Ahmad Zahid (12) were among the martyred and Sonia Bibi sustained injuries.

Tensions have been mounting high ever since the Pulwama attack and unprovoked cross border firing across Loc from the Indian side continues.
