Summary Two police officials were injured after a check-post was attacked in the Badaber area in Peshawar.
According to the police, Assistant Sub-Inspector Misri Khan and a police constable Sayahat were injured when militants attacked the Mari Khel police check post in the Badaber area. The cross fire between the police and the militants lasted for about 30 minutes.After the incident, the militants fled from the scene. The police surrounded the area and started a search operation. This is the fourth incident when the police have been targeted in Peshawar. In the last incident on Thursday, two policemen killed at the Khalidabad check-post in the Nasirbagh police precincts.
