Summary Pakistan to hand over 100 fishermen to India on Monday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan will hand over 100 fishermen to Indian authorities on Monday (today) at the Wagah border as a goodwill gesture.
The captured Indian fishermen were released on Sunday from Karachi. They reached Lahore from the Karachi Cantonment Railway Station.
The Edhi Foundation had borne the travelling expenses and also gave presents to the fishermen.
Pakistan will stepwise set 260 more fishermen free in the upcoming days. The Indian fishermen were captured by the Pakistani authorities for violating maritime boundary.
