Summary PTA has instructed mobile companies to maintain data of consumers.
According to Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the procedure for the verification of SIM card has been introduced. By sending SMS on 668, the consumers can make inquiry about the number of SIM cards issued on their NIC and about the companies that issued these SIM cards, PTA stated.PTA added that any consumer could make correction of his data by visiting mobile company’s customer service.
