Summary In compliance with the SC order, the government sacked 28 contract employees on Friday.
Secretary Establishment told Dunya News, Umar Mario and M Akram Shahedi working in grade-21, Din Muhamad Baloch, Nadir Hussan, Muhammad Idrees and veterinary doctor Maqsood Ahmed were also fired. Ten officials of Pakistan Railways, working in different grades have been sacked as well. Director Federal Public Service Commission Sadiq Ali, Chief Commissioner of Population Census Khizar Hayat and Muhammad Khan Memon of Water and Power ministry were also shown to the door. Three diplomats, M Asgher, Gul Hanif and Kousar Ahsan were asked to leave.
