Addressing the convocation of Federal Urdu University, Higher Education Commission Chairamn Javed Leghari said that three technology parks would be set up to improve the technical education. He stated that cells have been established in 70 universities of the country to improve the quality of education and research. He stated that cells would be established in the remaining 62 universities soon.
