Summary The bail plea of ex federal minister for Religious Affairs Hamid Saeed Kazmi has been rejected.
The FIA assistant director informed the court that Kazmi’s financial assets were worth over Rs 30 million and his monthly income was only to Rs 95,000.Counsel for Kazmi informed the court that his client was innocent and had no link with the case.The court rejected the bail application after hearing the arguments of both sides.
