Summary Duo Sharifs discussed post verdict situation and agreed to launch mass contact campaign
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shahbaz Sharif on Thursday (today) met with brother Nawaz Sharif in his Chamber at Parliament House. The siblings discussed prevalent political scenario alongside the reserved verdict in NAB references- Flagship, Al-Azizia- against the elder Sharif.
During the meeting, the duo discussed various aspects of post verdict situation, and agreed to launch a mass contact campaign in view of a guilty verdict landing Nawaz Sharif behind the bars ( as the case may be). The both leaders also agreed to seek support from the Pakistan People s party (PPP) to steer out of political quagmire.
It be reminded that, on Wednesday, Accountability Court had reserved verdict in Flagship Investment and Al-Azizia references against former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. The decision will be out on December 24.
