According to IRSA Chairman Rao Irshad’s letter, the Mangla Upraising Project had to be completed till 2008 but it has not been completed so far.He said that WAPDA has not resolved the resettlement issue of Mangla Upraising Project due to which 2.5 million acre feet water is being wasted.
