(Dunya News) – In bid to forge grand opposition alliance against Prime Minister Imran Khan-led federal govt, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Sunday is likely to call on Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif today.
As per details garnered, meeting will be held at Sharif’s Jati Umra residence.
Fazl will invite Sharif to a multi-party conference.
On the other hand, PML-N supremo has expressed reservations regarding role of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and its co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari. Sources privy to Punjab-based party told our correspondent that Nawaz is seeking some sort of guarantee from Fazl in this regard.
