ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Wednesday dismissed petition of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ibrarul Haq seeking recounting of votes in the National Assembly constituency NA-78 Narowal.
A three-member bench of the commission, headed by Abdul Ghaffar Soomro had resumed the hearing on the plea of PTI leader.
The counsels of Ibrarul Haq and Ahsan Iqbal appeared before the bench.
The commission, after hearing the arguments, reserved the verdict, which was announced after some time dismissing the recounting in the NA-78 Narowal constituency.
