KARACHI (Dunya News) – A patient who had symptoms of the Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever (Congo fever) died on Monday in Karachi.
According to details, 25-year-old Haider Ali was diagnosed with Congo virus after which, he was admitted to Jinnah Hospital where he lost his life today.
Congo fever is a tick-borne viral disease which is mainly transferred to humans from pets. Its symptoms include fever, flu, bloody urine, vomiting and nose bleeding.
