PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - The sessions of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Sindh assemblies on Thursday have begun to elect the new leader of the house.

The PTI has nominated Mehmood Khan as their candidate for the slot of KP Chief Minister whereas the opposition parties gave name of Mian Nisar Gul for this purpose.
On the other hand, Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) that emerged as majority party in the Sindh Assembly has once again nominated Syed Murad Ali Shah as Chief Minister while joint opposition has chosen Shahryar Mahar as their candidate.
