Summary Formal announcement of Zafar Ali Shah’s joining the PTI will be made in Islamabad on July 5.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Zafar Ali Shah, former Senator of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (MPL-N) and fater-in-law of PTI chief close friend Zulfi Bukhari, is set to join Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Dunya News reported on Monday.
Formal announcement of Zafar Ali Shah’s joining the PTI will be made during a ceremony at his house in Islamabad on July 5 which will also be attended PTI chief Imran Khan.
Sources said that Zafar Ali Shah will also play an active role in Imran Khan’s election campaign from NA-53. Sources have further revealed that Imran Khan has also appointed Zulfi Bukhari to replace Asad Umar as in charge of election campaign in Islamabad.
