(WebDesk/DunyaNews) - Bangles are rigid circular bracelets, usually made up of metal, wood, glass or plastic. These traditional ornaments are very popular and worn usually by women in south Asian region. Colorful bangles made up of glass remains popular and much preferred jewel women would like to wear but as the election is round the corner, this female jewel item has suddenly been found in the political course other than the context of adornment for women.

Bangles and braid twisters are being presented to the male counterparts by the female political workers to embarrass and mortify them.
These days, women political workers are often being found enchanting the slogan, ‘Agar Hain Majbooriyan… Pehno Kaanch ki chooriyan’ (If you have compulsions, wear glass bangles).
According to the regional customs and culture, the varicolored delicate and fragile bangles are women’s favorite ornament which she wears with proud and zeal but it becomes reason of humiliation and dishonor if being given to a man to wear them.
Recently, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf peeved and agonized female candidates in a presser alleged party stalwart Ali Amin Gandapur of trading women reserve tickets and presented him with bangles and braids to debase him.
A little while ago, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf members put bangles on the staircase of Sindh assembly for being failed in taking effective measures to control load shedding and power defaults.
