ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – In the last stage of Avenfield reference case, Khawaja Haris has defied the Joint Investigation Team’s (JIT) report in concluding arguments before Accountability court today (Thursday).
On the other hand, Islamabad High Court (IHC) has also reserved verdict pertaining to three references verdict synchronized while NAB prosecutor argued that accused had presented nothing in their defense.
However, according to Sardar Mazhar Abbasi, NAB court had declared on charge sheet that situation had changed because nothing was presented by Sharif Family.
Amjad Pervez- Capt (R) Safder and Maryam Nawaz’s lawyer- said that in hearing plea requested to defer closing arguments and five questions out of 128 which was rejected.
Furthermore, Nawaz Sharif’s Legal representative said that the method was not followed which was introduced to take the statement of JIT head Wajid Zia.
Finally, after the completion of wiles court has reserved the verdict.
