Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmad Chaudhry admitted the bail application of former Rawalpindi regional police officer (RPO) Saud Aziz for hearing in Benazir Bhutto murder case and issued notices to the authorities concern.The counsel for Saud Aziz maintained that his client was innocent, and that he was being implicated in the case on the behest of ‘hidden hands’.Police registered cases against Saud Aziz and he was arrested on December 22, 2010.
