PML-Q to boycott Parliaments joint session

The PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain is chairing an emergency party meeting on Sunday at his house in Lahore. It was decided in the meeting that the party would boycott the Parliament’s joint session on Tuesday.The PML-Q would also stage a protest in front of the Parliament House on the same day against the release of Raymond Davis and drone attacks in the tribal areas. The PML-Q leadership, several national and provincial assembly members and senators are attending the meeting. The meeting would be resumed after 8 pm for the second session and the PML-Q leaders would address a press conference after the meeting.
