Summary Ex parte proceedings can be started against Musharraf if he fails to comply with the court orders.
The hearing of Benazir Bhutto murder case was held in Adiala Jail Rawalpindi on Saturday.The court adjourned the hearing until March 26 after a compliance report regarding former president Pervez Musharraf ‘s arrest warrants could not be sumbitted before the court.The FIA prosecutors, Chaudhry Zulfikar and Chaudhry Azhar, told the court that the arrest warrants for former president Musharraf were sent to the British Interior Ministry through the Pakistani High Commission but compliance report had not been received.Talking to the media, Chaudhry Azhar said that only the court had the authority to declare Musharraf as a proclaimed offender. He said ex parte proceedings could be started against Musharraf if he failed to comply with the arrest warrants.
