ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Foreign Office of Pakistan has slapped fresh restrictions on members of US mission in Pakistan in light of the recent similar moves by the US and the murder of a Pakistani citizen by a US attache.
According to the directives issued by the foreign office, the US diplomats in Pakistan will
1. not be allowed to use rented vehicles
2. have to undergo biometric verification to have SIMs issued in their name
3. have to seek permission before changing residence
4. have to seek permission to install radio communication devices
