Summary Seven accused were arrested during Rangers operation in different parts of Karachi on Friday.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Rangers conducted operation in different parts of Karachi on Sunday and arrested seven accused including an MQM-Haqiqi activist and a gang war accused, Dunya News reported.
According to a Rangers spokesperson, an MQM-Haqiqi activist Khurram Salim was arrested during operation in Landhi area. The accused was involved in cases of robberies and street crime.
Rangers arrested a gang war accused Ibraheem during operation in Chakiwara area. Sources said that the arrested accused belonged to Ghaffar Zikri gang and was involved drug peddling.
Rangers also conducted operation in Malir City, Landhi and Ittehad Town and arrested Muhammad Iqbal, Muhammad Shahzeb alias Sheri, Amanullah Khan and Rahim Ullah. Rangers sources said that the accused were involved in robbery and street crimes.
Rangers also arrested an accused identified as Munawwar Khan during operation in Malir City area. The arrested accused was involved in drug peddling.
Rangers spokesperson further informed that arms, stolen goods and narcotics were also recovered from the arrested accused and they were handed over to police for further investigation.
