Contempt of court plea filed against reappointment of NAB chairman

A contempt of court plea has been filed in the Supreme Court challenging the possible reappointment of Deedar Hussain Shah as NAB chairman.Petitioner Shahid Orakzai maintained that the court in its short verdict had declared the appointment of Deedar Hussain Shah as null and void. He maintained that Deedar’s reappointment by the government would a violation of court orders.He maintained that detailed verdict was not issued and government’s any action in the reappointment of Deedar Hussain Shah would be considered as contempt of court.
