ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar has promised to take back money from those who had their loans written-off through influence.
Hearing loan write-off case, The CJP asked for details of all those who took loans from government banks and had them written-off. He also asked for details of national and international bank accounts of all those Pakistanis.
The CJP asked Governor State Bank of Pakistan if there is a way to bring back all the money. Governor SBP informed the court that there is no such clause in TORs.
