Summary Supreme Court of Pakistan has dismissed the contempt of court case against Dunya News.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has dismissed the contempt of court case against Dunya News.
Talking to Mian Amir Mehmood, the Chief Justice of Pakistan said that there is no need for him to appear before the court as the footage in question was stolen from Dunya News. Mian Amir Mehmood said that he received the contempt of court notice that is why he appeared.
The Chief Justice said that since the footage was stolen from Dunya News, contempt proceedings cannot be moved against it.
