Summary The LHC observed that the court could interfere if the Boards of Governors proved to be illegal.
A two-member bench of the Lahore High Court, headed by Chief Justice Ijaz Ahmed Chaudhry, heard a petition against the establishment of BoGs in 26 colleges of the province. The counsel for the complainant informed the court that the formation of the boards was illegal.The court said that the cour would only interefere if the BoGs were illegal. The hearing of the case was adjourned for 15 days.
