ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Top brass of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) on Thursday decided not to become a plaintiff against Imran Khan in Bani Gala Encroachment case which is being heard by the apex court at present.

Meanwhile, ousted premier and lifetime president of PMLN Nawaz Sharif has directed his legal team to ensure complete monitoring of the case (Bani Gala encroachment case) to let masses know about the honesty of those who incessantly taunt foes.

As per details garnered, a meeting was held at Punjab House in Islamabad to discuss matter of submission of fake No Objection Certificate (NOC) by Imran Khan. Legal and constitutional analysts gave briefing to Sharif over various facets of ongoing case in Supreme Court (SC) against Imran Khan.

Sources privy to development stated that the ruling PMLN will await verdict of SC in the case and will devise future strategy later.

Earlier after appearing before accountability court in Islamabad, Sharif said he was reviewing news regarding fake certificate of Bani Gala land owned by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan.
