Summary Case hearing of the American national Raymond Davis who murdered two people in Mozang Chongi is going to be held at the Kot Lakhpat jail on Tuesday in which he is likely to be indicted.
A petition to provide diplomatic immunity to Davis who murdered Faizan and Faheem in broad daylight was rejected by Additional Session Judge in the last hearing while all the legal documents regarding the case were provided to Davis and his lawyer.Advocate Asad Manzoor will be representing the deceased, Faheem and Faizan while Advocate Zahid Hussain Butt will be representing Davis. The hearing of the case will be done by Additional Session Judge Lahore Yousaf Ojla at the Kot Lakhpat jail.
