Summary The court has summoned two prosecution witnesses to record their statements during today’s hearing
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Former premier Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam Nawaz and son-in-law Capt (retd) Safdar will again appear in accountability court in National Accountability Bureau (NAB) references today (Tuesday).
Accountability court judge Muhammad Bashir will hear the references. It will be the 26th hearing of Al-Azizia Steel Mills reference, 23rd of Flagship Investment Ltd and 22nd hearing of the Evenfield Properties.
It will be 15th appearance of ousted premier before the accountability court, 17th appearance of Maryam Nawaz and 19th appearance of Capt (r) Safdar.
The court has summoned two witnesses of the prosecution, Afaq Ahmad and Waqar Ahmad, to record their statements during today’s hearing. Counsel for the defence will cross-examine the witnesses.
