Summary An additional sessions judge in Peshawar court Altaf-ur-Rehman has reserved the judgment on the bail application of US citizen Aaron Mark DeHaven till March 7.
DeHaven was arrested as his visa has expired. According to police, his visa had expired in October, and that he was working for security contractor Catalyst Services, providing security and accommodation to foreigners working on development projects.Earlier, a magistrate had rejected defence lawyer Sardar Razas argument that DeHaven should be freed on bail because he had no prior criminal record.
