(Web Desk) – Police fired tear gas and baton-charged teachers when they attempted to march towards Bilawal House on the eleventh day of their ongoing protest outside the Karachi Press Club on Thursday.
The teachers had staged a sit-in outside Karachi Press Club on December 25. Police resorted to tear gas shelling to disperse the teachers who were marching towards Bilawal House, with some even managing to enter the Red Zone. Several teachers were detained during the action.
