(Dunya News) – Winters are on its peak and children are back to school. A decision taken by the Government of the Punjab to reopen educational institutions in a cold, foggy weather has left children shivering with cold while making their way to school.
Temperatures are dropping and fog is on its peak, children are going back to school, carrying their school bags and wrapped in warm clothes. With cold weather and fog disrupting lives of people in Punjab, it has not stopped the Government to extend winter break in schools.

The announcement of opening the schools in the month of January by the Punjab government has left people confused, where basic resources such as gas and electricity are unavailable in many parts of Punjab. Worried mothers have to send their children to school without any breakfast.
People have appealed to the Department of Education and Government of Punjab to announce winter breaks in the month of January due to the cold weather, and lack of resources which can affect children.
